外源NaHS对盐胁迫下红砂根系形态及碳氮磷含量的影响 被引量:1

摘要 硫氢化钠(Sodium hydrosulfide, NaHS)在植物响应盐胁迫中起着不可或缺的作用。为探究外源NaHS对荒漠植物根系形态的影响,以一年生红砂(Reaumuria soongorica)幼苗为试验材料,研究300和400 mmol·L^(-1)NaCl胁迫下,叶面喷施蒸馏水(CK),0.000,0.010,0.025,0.050,0.100,0.250,0.500,1.000 mmol·L^(-1)的NaHS溶液对红砂根系形态及碳(Carbon, C),氮(Nitrogen, N),磷(Phosphorus, P)含量的影响。结果显示:300,400 mmol·L^(-1)NaCl胁迫下根长,根系C,N,P含量较对照(CK)显著降低;经不同浓度外源NaHS处理后,根生物量、根长、比根长、根比表面积显著提高;C,N,P含量先升高后降低;根长与比表面积、C/P与C/N之间呈显著正相关关系。上述结果表明,盐胁迫抑制了红砂根系的生长,适宜浓度的外源NaHS可有效缓解盐胁迫对红砂幼苗根系生长的抑制。本研究结果可为促进红砂在盐碱地良好生长提供理论依据。 Sodium hydrosulfide(NaHS)plays an indispensable role in plant response to salt stress.In order to explore the effects of exogenous NaHS on root morphology of desert plants,one-year-old seedlings of Reaumuria soongorica were used as experimental material to study the effects of NaHS solution on root morphology and chemical contents of carbon(C),nitrogen(N)and phosphorus(P)of R.soongorica under 300 and 400 mmol·L^(-1) NaCl stress by foliar spraying distilled water(CK),0.000,0.010,0.025,0.050,0.100,0.250,0.500,1.000 mmol·L^(-1) NaHS solution.The results showed that root length,C,N and P contents of the under 300 and 400 mmol·L^(-1) NaCl stress were significantly lower than those of the control(CK).After treated with different concentrations of exogenous NaHS,root biomass,root length,specific root length and root specific surface area were significantly increased,while the contents of C,N and P increased first and then decreased.There was a significant positive correlation between root length and specific surface area,C/P and C/N.The above results showed that salt stress inhibited the root growth of R.soongorica,and the appropriate concentration of exogenous NaHS could effectively alleviate the inhibition of salt stress on the root growth of R.soongorica seedlings.The results of this study may provide a theoretical basis for promoting the good growth of R.soongorica in saline-alkali land.
