摘要
由变电设备密封件性能劣化而导致的事故占比超60%。掌握变电设备密封件老化机理和寿命预估是预防此类事故发生的关键。开展了变电设备密封材料的老化试验,选择变电设备典型的五种橡胶密封件材料,开展温度、温度与机械振动叠加影响因素下的老化试验研究。以硬度、拉伸强度、压缩永久变形率和外观检查为性能评价指标,来评估橡胶密封材料的老化机理和老化情况。结果表明温度对五种材料的拉伸强度、压缩永久变形性能有较为显著的影响,而机械振动对五种材料的压缩永久变形性能影响不大。
More than 60%of accidents are caused by deterioration of seals in substation equipment.Mastering the aging mechanism and life estimation of seals for substation equipment is the key to preventing such accidents.The aging test of substation equipment sealing materials is carried out,five typical rubber sealing materials for substation equipment is Selected,and the aging test research under the superimposed influence factors of temperature,temperature and mechanical vibration is carried out.Hardness,tensile strength,compression permanent deformation rate,and appearance inspection are used as performance evaluation indexes to assess the aging mechanism and aging of rubber sealing materials.The results show that temperature has a more significant effect on the tensile strength and compression permanent deformation properties of the five materials.And mechanical vibration has little effect on the compression permanent deformation performance of the five materials.
