黄芪多糖对斑点叉尾[鱼回]的药效学及安全性临床评价

摘要 为促进黄芪多糖在斑点叉尾[鱼回](Ictalurus punctatus)养殖中的应用,本研究参照农业农村部新渔药临床试验中心关于免疫调节剂临床效果及安全性评价SOP开展了黄芪多糖对斑点叉尾[鱼回]的药效学及安全性临床评价。Ⅱ期临床试验结果显示,饲料中添加黄芪多糖可明显提高斑点叉尾[鱼回]血清中总超氧化物歧化酶、过氧化氢酶、溶菌酶、酸性磷酸酶、碱性磷酸酶活性及白细胞吞噬活性,并在Ⅲ期临床中发现黄芪多糖不仅可增强斑点叉尾[鱼回]免疫,提高其抗细菌感染的能力,还可促进斑点叉尾[鱼回]生长,效果最优添加量为20 mg/kg鱼体重。安全性临床评价发现每日投喂20 mg/kg鱼体重的黄芪多糖对斑点叉尾[鱼回]无害。上述结果表明,黄芪多糖可作为免疫增强剂应用于斑点叉尾[鱼回]的养殖中,建议饲料中每日添加量为20 mg/kg鱼体重。 In order to promote the application of Astragalus polysaccharides(APS)in Ictalurus punctatus,the pharmacodynamics and safety of APS on I.punctatus were evaluated refer to SOP for clinical efficacy and safety evaluation of immunomodulators issued by the clinical trial center of new fishery drugs of the Ministry of agriculture and rural areas.The results of phase II clinical trial showed that the addition of APS to the feed could significantly improve the activities of total superoxide dismutase(T-SOD),catalase(CAT),lysozyme(LSZ),acid phosphatase(ACP),alkaline phosphatase(AKP)and leukocyte phagocytosis in the serum of I.punctatus.In phase III clinical practice,it was found that APS could not only enhance the immunity of I.punctatus,improve its ability to resist bacterial infection,but also promote the growth of I.punctatus.The optimal addition amount of APS was 20 mg/kg fish weight.The clinical safety evaluation found that the daily feeding of APS 20 mg/kg fish weight was not harmful to I.punctatus.The above results showed that APS was suitable to be used as an immune enhancer in the cultivation of I.punctatus,and it was suggested that the daily addition of APS in the feed should be 20 mg/kg fish weight.
