摘要
目的:了解北京市常住居民发生心脏骤停死亡情况,为预防和减少心脏骤停事件发生、促进居民身心健康提供参考。方法:计算死亡率、标化死亡率及年龄别死亡率等指标,分析2018年至2020年北京市常住居民发生心脏骤停死亡特征。结果:2020年北京市常住居民发生心脏骤停死亡率为90.1/10万,较2018年(69.6/10万)上升29.4%;男性死亡率和标化死亡率均高于女性;根本死因以冠心病为主,约占55%;随着年龄的增高,心脏骤停死亡率呈上升趋势,30~49岁年龄组男性发生心脏骤停死亡占该年龄组总死亡达30%,50~59岁年龄组男性死亡率为女性的4.7倍,70岁及以上年龄组占71.2%;死亡地点以在家中死亡为主,占65.0%。结论:北京市常住居民发生心脏骤停死亡率低于全国、美国,需针对中年男性、患冠心病高龄人群提前做好相关预防。
Objective:Understanding the mortality rate of cardiac arrest among permanent residents in Beijing,providing reference for preventing and reducing cardiac arrest events and promoting residents'physical and mental health.Methods:Calculate indicators such as mortality rate,standardized mortality rate,and age specific mortality rate,and analyze the characteristics of cardiac arrest deaths among permanent residents in Beijing from 2018 to 2020.Results:The mortality rate of cardiac arrest among permanent residents in Beijing in 2020 was 90.1/100000,an increase of 29.4%compared to 2018(69.6/100000);The mortality rate and standardized mortality rate of males are higher than those of females;The primary cause of death is coronary heart disease,accounting for approximately 55%;As age increases,the mortality rate of cardiac arrest shows an upward trend,men aged 30-49 years old account for 30%of the total deaths in this age group,the mortality rate of men aged 50-59 is 4.7 times higher than that of women,and in the age group 70 and above account for 71.2%of total deaths;The main place of death is at home,accounting for 65%.Conclusions:The mortality rate of cardiac arrest among permanent residents in Beijing is lower than that of China and the United States,and relevant prevention measures should be taken in advance for middle-aged men and the elderly population with coronary heart disease.
