摘要
BIM在中国文物建筑中的应用是当前建筑行业和文物保护部门共同关注的一个热点,其整体的发展水平还处在起步阶段,面临着社会各界的期待与质疑。该文阐述当前文物建筑BIM的作用、价值和应用情况,说明BIM在保护领域的核心价值是将文物建筑信息转变为电脑可读的数据。此外,中国文物建筑中数量占比最大的一个类型是古代建筑,它是当前中国文物建筑保护的重点。BIM的运用有助于中国古代建筑的精细化管理、全生命周期的数据整合、监测结果与建筑构件的互联互查。未来,BIM软件和大数据处理能力可能制约BIM在中国文物建筑中的应用,这两方面的改进是必要的。
There is a hot topic about the BIM's application towards the conservation of heritage buildings,which has just begun with a lot of expectations and doubts.We elaborate on the function,value,and application of BIM in heritage buildings,it shows that the core value of BIM in the field of conservation is to transform the information of heritage buildings into computer-readable data.In addition,the type with the largest proportion of heritage buildings of China is ancient architecture,which is the key point.The application of BIM helps to refine the management of Chinese ancient architecture,integrate data throughout the entire life cycle,and interconnect monitoring results with building components.In the future,BIM software and processing capabilities of data may constrain the application of BIM in heritage buildings of China,so they must be improved.
