提高中国蔬菜流通效率的对策研究

摘要 中国蔬菜流通效率普遍偏低的原因,主要在于蔬菜流通环节复杂、蔬菜流通时间浪费大、蔬菜流通费用变数大这三方面。因而,优化蔬菜流通环节、缩短蔬菜流通时间、减少蔬菜流通费用是提高中国蔬菜流通效率的主要对策。具体而言,第一,优化蔬菜流通环节,主要采取:构建宏观的蔬菜流通结构和体系;合理布局公益性的蔬菜流通环节节点;提高蔬菜流通环节主体的经营能力;创新运用各种新科学技术力量。第二,缩短蔬菜流通时间,主要采取:优化流通环节;优化产销距离;优化资本构成;运用新科技手段。第三,减少蔬菜流通费用,主要采取:减少流通损耗;减小流通变数;运用新科技。 The article first analyzes the reasons for the generally low efficiency of vegetable circulation in China,which is mainly reflected in the three aspects of complex vegetable circulation links,large waste of vegetable circulation time,and large variables in vegetable circulation costs.And then,it is suggested that optimizing the circulation of vegetables,shortening the circulation time of vegetables and reducing the circulation cost are the main countermeasures to improve the circulation efficiency of vegetables in China.The first,to optimize the circulation of vegetables,the following measures should be taken:constructing a macroscopic structure and system of vegetable circulation;rationally distributing the nodes of the circulation of vegetables of public welfare;improving the management ability of the main body of the circulation of vegetables;making innovative use of various new scientific and technological forces.The second,to shorten the circulation time of vegetables,the following measures should be taken:optimizing the circulation links;optimizing the distance between production and marketing;optimizing capital composition;using new technology means.The third,to reduce the circulation cost,the main measures are:reducing the circulation loss;reducing circulation variable;and using new technology.
