邻氯甲苯催化氯化制备2,6-二氯甲苯

Preparation of 2,6-dichlorotoluene by catalytic chlorination of o-chlorotoluene

摘要 以邻氯甲苯(OCT)为原料,金属氯化物为主催化剂,一步法催化氯化制备2,6-二氯甲苯(2,6-DCT)。考察催化剂种类与用量、反应时间、反应温度以及Cl_2流量对OCT转化率、2,6-DCT选择性的影响。结果表明:以AlCl_3为主催化剂、三乙胺盐酸盐(TEA)为助催化剂,AlCl_3占OCT质量分数为2%,TEA占AlCl_3质量分数为25%,反应温度为40℃,反应时间控制在5 h内,催化氯化效果最佳。当反应时间为4 h、Cl_2流量为15 mL/min时,OCT转化率为59.74%,2,6-DCT选择性为35.77%。OCT一步氯化法步骤简单、条件温和,为2,6-DCT合成工艺提供了一条切实可行的路线。 2,6-dichlorotoluene(2,6-DCT)was prepared by one-step catalytic chlorination using o-chlorotolu-ene(OCT)as raw material and metal chloride as catalyst.The effects of catalyst type and dosage,reaction time,reaction temperature and Cl,flow rate on the OCT conversion and selectivity of 2,6-DCT were investigat-ed.Results showed that the catalytic chlorination effect was the best with AlCl,as the main catalyst,triethyl-amine hydrochloride(TEA)as the co-catalyst,AICl,accounted for 2%of OCT mass fraction,TEA accounted for 25%of AlCl,mass fraction,the reaction temperature was 40 C,and the reaction time was controlled with-in 5 h.When the reaction time was 4 h and the Cl,flow rate was 15 mL/min,the conversion rate of o-chlorotol-uene was 59.74%,and the selectivity of 2,6-dichlorotoluene was 35.77%.The one-step chlorination process of o-chlorotoluene is simple and mild,which provides a feasible route for the synthesis of 2,6-dichlorotoluene.
