摘要
人工智能技术是提高教学质量的重要支撑,是赋能教学创新发展的有效工具。立足于数字化、智能化的发展趋势,研究采用定性分析与定量分析相结合、规范分析与实证分析相结合的方法,通过对开放教育法学专业的传统课堂教学、信息化教学过程及数据进行分析,深入厘清了开放大学法学专业创优提质的动因、挑战及路径选择,并以广东开放大学法学专业的探索实践为例,通过实证研究方法,对“提升教师信息素养”“建设精品在线开放课程”“开发融媒体教材”“开展虚拟仿真实训”“打造云思政线上资源”五个路径在实现创优提质目标中的重要性和可行性进行了探讨。研究结果显示:“五个路径”是人工智能技术融入开放大学法学教育的重要突破口。
Artifi cial intelligence technology,as an important support for improving teaching quality,is also an eff ective way to create innovation in curriculum and teaching.Based on the trend of digitalization and intelligence,a research method is adopted that combines qualitative and quantitative analysis,normative analysis and empirical analysis.By analyzing the traditional classroom teaching,information technology teaching process,and data within law majors of open university education,we have thoroughly clarifi ed the reasons,challenges,and path choices concerning improving the quality of law majors in open university education.Taking the practice of the law major of Guangdong Open University as an example,through empirical research methods,this paper discusses the importance and feasibility of fi ve paths in the realization of the goal of improving quality of course teaching,namely,"improving teachers'information technology literacy","building high-quality online open courses","developing integrated media textbooks","conducting virtual simulation training",and"creating cloud resources for ideological and political courses".The research results show that:the"fi ve paths"are of great importance and feasibility in achieving the goal of improving quality in course teaching,and are an important breakthrough for integrating artifi cial intelligence technology into remote education.
