一种双糠基环保型缓蚀剂的制备及其性能评价

摘要 现场完井过程中,为了延长金属设备的使用寿命以及降低完井液处理剂的生物毒性,采用食用香料二糠基硫醚作为环保型缓蚀剂,并评价其在酸性环境下对金属设备的缓蚀性能。结果表明:在盐酸介质中,提高缓蚀剂加量可显著降低N80钢的腐蚀反应,降低盐酸溶液对金属的破坏,2%(质量分数)缓蚀剂使N80钢的腐蚀速率低至0.0822 g·m^(-2)·h^(-1),缓蚀剂分子中含有双糠基(杂环),使缓蚀剂分子与金属表面形成配位键,提高缓蚀剂分子与金属表面的吸附能,能自发地挤走吸附于金属表面的水分子,形成致密的有机膜,有效地隔离腐蚀介质。二糠基硫醚分子属于一种阴极腐蚀抑制型缓蚀剂,使金属腐蚀电流降低,且具有优异的环境相容性。 In order to prolong the service life of metal equipments and reduce the biological toxicity of completion fluid treatment agent,difurfuryl sulfide was used as an environmentally friendly corrosion inhibitor in the field completion process,and its corrosion inhibition performance on metal equipment under acidic environment was evaluated.The experimental results showed that,in hydrochloric acid medium,increasing the amount of corrosion inhibitor could significantly reduce the corrosion reaction of N80 steel,and reduce the destruction of metal by hydrochloric acid solution.Mass fraction 2%corrosion inhibitor could reduce the corrosion rate of N80 steel to 0.0822 g·m^(-2)·h^(-1),and the corrosion inhibitor molecule contained dibran groups(heterocyclic),so that the corrosion inhibitor molecules formed a coordination bond with the metal surface.The adsorption energy between the corrosion inhibitor molecules and the metal surface was increased,and the water molecules adsorbed on the metal surface was automatically squeezed away to form a dense organic film,which could effectively isolate the corrosive medium.Difurfuryl sulfide is a kind of cathodic corrosion inhibitor,which can reduce the corrosion current of metal and has excellent environmental compatibility.
