摘要
通过研究大量文献,提炼出影响施工企业BIM技术应用的18个因素,建立ISM模型确定各因素之间的层级关系,并利用AHP确定各影响因素的权重,得出影响BIM技术在施工企业推广是以政策支持、业主需求为驱动,但受限于BIM人才不足,对BIM软件的要求较高的结论,并具体提出提高施工企业BIM技术应用能力的建议和措施,希望为我国推进BIM技术在施工企业的应用提供参考。
By studying a large number of literature,extract 18 factors influencing the application of BIM technology,through the ISM model to determine the hierarchical relationship between the factors,and use AHP to determine the weight of the influencing factors,the BIM technology in construction enterprise promotion is driven by policy support,the owner demand,limited by BIM talent shortage,and high requirements for BIM software,and improve the construction enterprise BIM technology application Suggestions and measures,hope to provide reference for the application of BIM technology in construction enterprises.
