摘要
目的分析CT靶扫描联合多维重建技术鉴别诊断肺部磨玻璃样小结节性质的效能。方法选择2021年1月至2023年2月江苏省连云港市赣榆区人民医院收治72例肺结节患者为研究对象,均实施常规CT扫描、CT靶扫描联合多维重建技术检查,比较分析不同方法的诊断效能。结果以病理检验结果为金标准,常规CT扫描的诊断效能为:敏感度62%、特异度83%、准确率为75%,CT靶扫描联合多维重建检查的诊断效能为:敏感度92%、特异度98%、准确率为96%,联合扫描的诊断可靠性高于常规CT扫描,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。联合检查对于结节内部中等密度检出率67%、低密度检出率36%均高于常规CT扫描的25%、6%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);良性结节内部钙化、脂肪密度高于恶性结节,而中等密度、低密度低于恶性结节,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论CT靶扫描联合多维重建对肺部磨玻璃样小结节具有较的诊断价值,能够对其影像学特征做出准确判断,有利于疾病性质的鉴别诊断。
Objective To analyze the effectiveness of CT target scanning combined with multi-dimensional reconstruction technology in the differential diagnosis of small ground glass nodules in the lungs.Methods A total of 72 patients with pulmonary nodules admitted to Ganyu District People's Hospital in Lianyungang City from January 2021 to February 2023 were selected as the study subjects,all of whom underwent routine CT scanning,CT target scanning combined multi-dimensional reconstruction technology.The diagnostic efficacy of different methods was compared and analyzed.Results Based on the pathological examination results as the gold standard,the diagnostic efficacy of conventional CT scanning was sensitivity 62%,specificity 83%,and accuracy 75%.The diagnostic efficacy of CT target scanning combined with multi-dimensional reconstruction examination was sensitivity 92%,specificity 98%,and accuracy 96%.The diagnostic reliability of combined scanning was higher than that of conventional CT scanning,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The detection rates of medium density and low density within nodules in joint examination were 67%and 36%respectively,which were higher than those in conventional CT scans by 25%and 6%,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The internal calcification and fat density of benign nodules were higher than those of malignant nodules,while medium density and low density were lower than those of malignant nodules(P<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of CT target scanning and multi-dimensional reconstruction has significant diagnostic value for pulmonary ground glass nodules,which can accurately determine their imaging features and facilitate the differential diagnosis of disease properties.
