摘要
餐饮行业的现代化发展中,面对消费者提出的更高要求,有必要从层次需求理论的应用着手,提高餐饮管理水平,提升客户的满意度,调动员工的工作热情。层次需求理论应用下,餐饮管理工作要强调理论的适用性,总结和分析目前在餐饮管理中存在的不足问题,加强有针对性、有侧重点的改进。本文分析了层次需求理论的内容,结合餐饮管理的现状,提出了层次需求理论在餐饮管理中的具体应用策略。
In the modern development of the catering industry,facing the higher requirements put forward by consumers,it is necessary to start from the application of hierarchical needs theory,improve the level of catering management,enhance customer satisfaction,and mobilize the enthusiasm of employees.Under the application of hierarchical needs theory,catering management should emphasize the applicability of the theory,summarize and analyze the shortcomings existing in catering management,and strengthen targeted and focused improvement.This paper analyzes the content of the hierarchical needs theory,combines the present situation of catering management,and puts forward the specific application strategy of the hierarchical needs theory in catering management.
