摘要
组织的变质细化是提高A356铸造铝合金性能的关键。分别从单一La和La联合其他元素组成复合变质剂两种情况叙述了La对A356合金变质作用的近期研究成果,说明La等稀土元素对合金具有显著的变质作用,并探讨以La为主要变质剂最佳的质量百分数、相关工艺和作用机理。
The modification and refinement of microstructure are the key effects of property improvement of A356 cast aluminum alloy.The recent research results show that La as a single modifier or combined addition with other elements as a compound modifier to modify A356 alloy were summarized.It is shown that La and other rare earth elements have obvious modification effects on A356 alloy,and the optimum mass percent,related technologies and mechanisms of La as the main modifier were discussed.
