摘要
目的比较锁骨远端锁定钢板与锁骨钩钢板治疗NeerⅡ型锁骨远端骨折的疗效。方法33例NeerⅡ型锁骨远端骨折患者按照不同内固定方式分为锁骨远端锁定钢板组(A组,17例)和锁骨钩钢板组(B组,16例)。比较两组患者的切口长度、术中失血量、手术时间、住院时间、骨折愈合时间、主动活动时间、完全负重活动时间以及术后6个月肩关节功能Constant评分和并发症发生情况。结果A组切口长度和术中失血量小于B组(P<0.05),而手术时间长于B组(P<0.05)。两组住院时间和骨折愈合时间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。A组主动活动时间、完全负重活动时间和Constant评分均优于B组(P<0.05),术后并发症发生比例低于B组(P<0.05)。结论锁骨远端锁定钢板治疗NeerⅡ型锁骨远端骨折的临床效果优于锁骨钩钢板。
Objective To compare the efficacy of distal clavicular locking plate and clavicular hook plate in the treatment of NeerⅡtype distal clavicular fracture.Methods According to internal fixation method,33 patients with NeerⅡtype distal clavicular fractures were divided into two groups of A(treated with distal clavicular locking plate,17 cases)and B(treated with clavicular hook plate,16 cases).The incision length,intraoperative blood loss,surgical time,hospital stay,fracture healing time,active activity time,complete weight-bearing activity time,shoulder joint function Constant score and complications 6 months after operation were compared between the two groups.ResultsThe incision length and intraoperative blood loss in group A were less than those in group B(P<0.05),while the surgical time was longer than that in group B(P<0.05).There was no statistical difference in hospital stay and fracture healing time between the two groups(P>0.05).The active activity time,complete weight-bearing activity time and Constant score in group A were better than those in group B(P<0.05).The proportion of complications was lower in group A than that in group B(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of distal clavicular locking plate for treating NeerⅡtype distal clavicular fractures is superior to clavicular hook plate.
