摘要
目的:分析在川居民对中医药文化传播的认识水平及影响因素,为后疫情时代中医药文化传播探讨对策。方法:2021年5-8月,对在川18岁及以上不同年龄段、不同专业背景居民进行网络问卷调查,运用单因素方差分析、事后分析、描述性统计分析及独立样本t检验的统计方法,分析有效问卷,发现不同年龄,不同背景被调查者对中医药文化传播的认识和影响因素。结果:有效回收问卷480份,有效回收率92.84%(480/517)。研究发现,被调查居民对中医药文化传播的认识水平与中医药知识需求、专业教育和接触频率等主要因素有关(P<0.05)。结论:建设职业化中医药文化传播队伍,健全专业中医药文化知识教育体系,关注后疫情时代人民群众中医药文化需求,是保障人民群众健康的有效路径。
Objective:Analyze the level of understanding and influencing factors of cultural dissemination of TCM among residents in Sichuan,to explore countermeasures of that from the perspective of post-epidemic.Methods:From May to August 2021,a questionnaire was conducted on the network of residents aged 18 and above with different professional backgrounds in Sichuan,which was analyzed by using one-way variance analysis,post hoc analysis,descriptive statistics and independent sample t-test,to discover the understanding and influencing factors of cultural dissemination of TCM among respondents from different ages and backgrounds.Results:480 questionnaires were effectively collected,and the effective recovery rate was 92.84%(480/517).The study found the level of cultural awareness of TCM among the surveyed residents was related to major factors such as knowledge demanding of TCM,professional education,and con-tact frequency.(P<0.05).Conclusion:Building a professional team for cultural dissemination of TCM,improving the professional cultural knowledge education system of TCM,and paying attention to the cultural needs of the people in the post-epidemic era are effective ways to protect the health of the people.
