摘要
目的对比不同手术方式对胃溃疡患者胃肠功能的恢复及安全性。方法选取2020年6月至2023年6月山东省高密市人民医院收治的160例胃溃疡患者,随机数字表法分为传统开腹组、腹腔镜组,传统开腹组予以传统开腹修补术治疗,腹腔镜组予以腹腔镜修补术治疗;比较两组临床疗效,及两组炎症因子水平、胃消化功能相关指标、胃肠动力学相关指标及疼痛评分,比较两组并发症发生情况。结果手术后,腹腔镜组MTL、PG水平和治疗总有效率均高于传统开腹组(均P<0.05);手术后,腹腔镜组IL-6、TNF-α、CCK、G-17水平及VAS评分和并发症发生率均低于传统开腹组(均P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜修补术效果优于传统开腹修补术,可有效改善炎症因子水平、胃功能、胃肠功能,减少并发症的出现,促进术后快速恢复。
Objective The recovery and safety of laparoscopic repair and traditional open abdominal repair in patients with gastric ulcer.Methods Selected 160 patients with gastric ulcer admitted to Gaomi People's Hospital of Shandong Province from June 2020 to June 2023,the random number table was divided into traditional laparotomy,laparoscopic group,traditional laparotomy and laparoscopic repair;detect the changes of inflammatory factors,gastric function,gastrointestinal function level and pain score,and count the complication rate and evaluate the clinical efficacy.Results After surgery,the MTL and PG levels and the overall effective rate of treatment were higher in the laparoscopic group than in the traditional open group(all P<0.05);After surgery,the levels of IL-6,TNF-α,CCK,and G-17,as well as the VAS scores and complication rates were lower in the laparoscopic group than in the conventional open group(all P<0.05).Conclusions The results of laparoscopic repair are superior to traditional open repair,which can effectively improve the level of inflammatory factors,gastric function,gastrointestinal function,reduce complications,and promote rapid postoperative recovery.
