氟比洛芬酯联合地佐辛超前镇痛在臂丛神经阻滞麻醉中的应用效果 被引量:1

摘要 目的研究氟比洛芬酯联合地佐辛超前镇痛在臂丛神经阻滞麻醉中的应用效果。方法选取本院2022年1月至2023年1月行臂丛神经阻滞麻醉的80例患者作为研究对象,随机分为两组,每组各40例。观察组采用氟比洛芬酯联合地佐辛超前镇痛,5 min后行臂丛神经阻滞麻醉;对照组采用等体积0.9%氯化钠注射液,5 min后行臂丛神经阻滞麻醉。比较两组患者麻醉阻滞起效时间、维持时间、血糖应激水平、术后不同时间点疼痛程度和不良反应。结果观察组麻醉阻滞起效的平均时间短于对照组,维持时间长于对照组(均P<0.05);术前组间患者的血糖应激水平比较无统计学差异(P>0.05);切皮30 min与术后60 min观察组血糖应激水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组术后不同时间点(4 h、6 h、12 h)VAS评分均低于对照组(均P<0.05);两组不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论氟比洛芬酯联合地佐辛超前镇痛用于臂丛神经阻滞麻醉效果更优,能缩短起效时间,延长麻醉时间,减少血糖应激反应,缓解患者术后疼痛,并且不良反应低。 Objective To study the effect of firobiprofen and desoxoxin in brachial plexus block anesthesia.Methods Eighty patients who underwent brachial plexus nerve block anesthesia from January 2022 to January 2023 in our hospital were selected as the study subjects,and were randomly divided into two groups,each with 40 cases.Flurbiprofenate combined with dizocin for hyperalgesia was used in the observation group,and brachial plexus block anesthesia was performed after 5 minutes;an equal volume of 0.9%sodium chloride injection was used in the control group,and brachial plexus block anesthesia was performed after 5 minutes.The onsettime of anesthesia block,maintenance time,blood glucose stress level,postoperative pain at different time and adverse reactions between the two groupswerecompared.Results The average time of onset of anesthetic blockade in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,and the maintenance time was longer than that in the control group(both P<0.05);there was no statistically significant difference in the comparison of the preoperative glucose stress level between the two groups(P>0.05);the glucose stress level of the observation group was lower than that of the control group between the 30 min of skin incision and the 60 min of postoperative period(P<0.05).The VAS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group at different postoperative time points(4 h,6 h,and 12 h)(P<0.05);the total incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusions Flurbiprofen ester combined with dizocin hyperalgesia for brachial plexus nerve block anesthesia is more effective,can shorten the onset of action time,prolong the duration of anesthesia,reduce the blood glucose stress reaction,relieve the patient's postoperative pain,and have low adverse reactions.
