摘要
目的探讨揿针对腹腔镜全子宫切除术后恶心呕吐的影响。方法将80例行腹腔镜全子宫切除手术的患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各40例。对照组接受常规治疗和护理,观察组在常规治疗和护理的基础上配合术后采用内关穴及合谷穴揿针埋针治疗3天。比较两组术后当天、术后第2天、术后第3天的NVAS评分以及术后两组治疗有效率。结果术后当天两组患者NVAS评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),术后第2天和术后第3天两组患者NVAS评分对比,对照组均高于观察组(均P<0.05);观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜全子宫切除术后使用揿针治疗,显著减少患者术后恶心呕吐等不适,患者易于接受。
Objective To investigate the effects of the press on nausea and vomiting after laparoscopic total hysterectomy.Methods Eighty patients who underwent laparoscopic total hysterectomy were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,40 cases in each group.The control group received conventional treatment and nursing care,and the observation group cooperated with the postoperative treatment of snapneedle embedding at the Neiguan and Hegu points for 3 days on the basis of conventional treatment and nursing care.The NVAS scores of the two groups on the day of operation,the second day of operation and the third day of operation as well as the effective rate of treatment of the two groups after operation were compared.Results There was no statistically significant difference in the comparison of NVAS scores between the two groups on the postoperative day(P>0.05),and the comparison of NVAS scores between the two groups on the postoperative day 2 and postoperative day 3 was higher in the control group than in the observation group(both P<0.05);and the total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The use of acupuncture after laparoscopic total hysterectomy can significantly reduce postoperative nausea,vomiting and other discomfort,and patients are easy to accept.
