硫铝酸盐水泥基路面修补材料物理力学特性研究

摘要 本文采用特种硫铝酸盐水泥作为水泥基路面修补材料的胶凝剂,通过室内试验研究各类外加剂混合配比对水泥砂浆修补材料的力学性能、粘结强度、干缩性能的影响。研究发现,掺加2.5%的石膏和1.25%的胶粉为最佳配比,可以提高水泥砂浆的抗折强度和抗压强度;砂浆粘结强度随着表面粗糙度和粘结深度的增加而增大。此外,外加剂会对硫铝酸盐水泥干缩性能产生显著差异性。 s:Through indoor tests,the effects of various types of admixture mixing ratios on the mechanical properties,bond strength,and dry shrinkage properties of cement mortar repair material are examined in this paper,which uses special sulfoaluminate cement as the cementitious agent of cement-based pavement repair material.It was discovered that the ideal proportion to increase the flexural and compressive strength of cement mortar was 2.5%gypsum and 1.25%gum powder;Surface roughness and bond depth both boost mortar bond strength.A large amount of variability in the drying and shrinking characteristics of sulfoaluminate cements can also be caused by admixtures.
