摘要
基于有偏技术进步视角,运用DEA-Malmquist指数方法对2012—2021年40家农业上市公司全要素生产率进行分解,探究农业上市公司偏向性技术进步的要素偏好特征及其影响因素。结果表明:1)农业上市公司存在偏向性技术进步,且偏向性技术进步能促进大多数农业上市公司的全要素生产率增长;从要素偏向特征来看,农业上市公司技术进步方向要素配置偏向总体呈现使用资本要素、节约劳动要素。2)从农业上市公司投入偏向性技术进步影响因素来看,研发投入、对外贸易开放度、政府补贴、上市年限对偏向性技术进步具有正向促进作用,股权集中度对偏向性技术进步具有负向抑制作用,国有股比例、受教育程度、人均工资水平与偏向性技术进步不存在显著关系。据此,建议加大研发投入、政府补贴,优化农业进出口贸易结构完善公司治理结构。
Based on the perspective of biased technological progress,this paper used the DEA-Malmquist index method to decompose the total factor productivity of 40 agricultural listed companies from 2012 to 2021 to explore the existence of biased technological progress and the biased factor characteristics of agricultural listed companies and investigate the factors influencing biased technological progress.The results show that:1)there exists biased technological progress of agricultural listed companies,that the biased technological progress of most agricultural listed companies promotes the growth of total factor productivity of agricultural listed companies.From biased factor characteristics,biased factor allocation in the direction of technological progress of agricultural listed companies is biased towards using capital factors and saving labor factors.2)From the perspective of the factors influencing the input biased technological progress of agricultural listed companies,R&D investment,openness to foreign trade,government subsidies and listed years have a positive effect on the biased technological progress,equity concentration has a negative inhibiting effect on the biased technological progress,and there exists no significant relationship between the proportion of state-owned shares,education level,per capita wage level and biased technological progress. In order to promote thetechnological progress of agricultural listed companies,the government,enterprises,research institutions andother multi-bodies should collaborate in the research and development of differentiated policies.
