摘要
新型传感器技术在计量校准中应用广泛,其可确保在计量校准中的准确性和可靠性,同时可以与已知标准进行比对,矫正和调整测量结果。这些传感器技术包括MEMS加速度计、光纤传感器等。在计量校准中,它们被用于校准新型传感器、温度校准与补偿、数据校准与线性化、追溯性与标准比对等方面。通过应用这些新型传感器技术,可以提高测量结果的准确性、可靠性和追溯性,为各领域的科学研究、工程设计和质量控制提供更精确的测量数据基础。
The new sensor technology is widely used in metrology calibration,and can ensure the accuracy and reliability in metrology calibration,and at the same time,it can be compared with known standards to correct and adjust the measurement results.These sensor technologies include MEMS accelerometers,fiber optic sensors,and others.In metrology calibration,they are used to calibrate new sensors,temperature calibration and compensation,data calibration and linearization,traceability and standard comparison.By applying these new sensor technologies,the accuracy,reliability and traceability of measurement results can be improved,providing a more accurate measurement data basis for scientific research,engineering design and quality control in various fields.
