摘要
人类共同价值观是世界共同体所需要的社会价值观。在世界共同体尚未形成的情况下,构建人类共同价值观与构建世界共同体密切相关,必须使两者成为相互促进、良性互动的“双重互构”。人类共同价值观是世界人民尤其是国家民族共同构建的、适用于世界共同体的、以世界永久和平和人类普遍幸福为终极追求的、以基于世界民主的法制对世界共同体实行治理的价值观。人类共同价值观只能是唯一的,不存在多元化问题。人类共同价值观像其他社会价值观一样,只有现实化才能对社会发生作用。其现实化的根本前提是世界各国在对人类共同价值形成共识的基础上完成人类共同价值观的理论构建,其基本任务是让全人类普遍认同人类共同价值观,使人类共同价值观法制化和道德化,让人类共同价值观融入全球治理的各方面和全过程。当前构建世界共同体面临着重重困难和阻碍,我们必须在努力克服这些困难和阻碍的过程中完成人类共同价值观的构建及其现实化。
The common values of humanity are the social values required by the world community.In the absence of a world community,the construction of a common human value system is closely related to the construction of a world community,and it is necessary to make the two become“two-way constructions”of mutually reinforcing and mutually beneficial.The common values of humanity are values jointly constructed by the people of the world(especially state nations),applicable to the world community,with the ultimate pursuit of permanent world peace and universal human happiness,and governed by the rule of law based on world democracy.The common values of humanity can only be unique,and there is no problem of diversification.The fundamental premise for its realization is that countries around the world have formed a consensus on the common value of all humanity and completed the theoretical construction of the common values of humanity.Its basic task is to make the common values of humanity universally recognized,legalized and moralized,and integrate them into all aspects and processes of global governance.The current construction of a world community is facing numerous difficulties and obstacles,and it is necessary to strive to overcome these difficulties and obstacles in order to achieve the construction and realization of human common values.
