摘要
青年就业是各国普遍面临的共性难题。我国青年就业形势总体稳定,但新形势下就业总量压力依然较大、就业观念发生变化、结构性矛盾更加突出、就业质量需要提升等问题不容忽视,未来一段时间要谨防青年失业规模加大、失业持续期延长,避免青年长期退出劳动力市场,高校毕业生、新生代农民工、零工就业青年、女性青年等群体应予以重点关注。针对青年就业面临的挑战,要强化就业优先导向,在积极开发高质量就业机会的基础上,要进一步完善政策、加强服务,注重多元主体参与,合力解决重点问题,提升青年就业工作的精细化水平,促进各类青年群体高质量充分就业。
From a global perspective,youth employment is a common challenge faced by countries.The overall employment situation of young people in China is stable,but under the new situation,there is still significant pressure on the total employment volume,changes in employment concepts,more prominent structural contradictions,and the need to improve employment quality.In the future,we must guard against the increase in the scale of youth unemployment and the extension of the unemployment period,and prevent young people from exiting the labor market.College graduates,new generation migrant workers,gig youth workers and female youth should be given special attention.In response to the challenges faced by youth employment,we need to strengthen the priority orientation for employment,develop high-quality employment opportunities,improve policies,strengthen services,pay attention to the participation of multiple stakeholders,work together to solve key problems,enhance the refinement level of youth employment work,and promote youth to achieve employment fully with high quality.of which have some role in women’s choices on thier employment affected by digital economy.
