基于KANO模型的城市滨湖公园游憩需求研究 被引量:3

摘要 后疫情时代,人们对于户外游憩的需求显著增强,尤其对滨水游憩的需求表现出格外的青睐。因此,充分满足公众的滨水游憩需求对我国滨水景观的规划建设和完善提升有十分重要的作用。利用KANO模型对南京市滨湖公园展开需求类型调查,通过敏感度计算获取各需求的重要程度,进行人群差异分析。结果表明,游客对4类一级需求的排序是:设施>植物>滨水>人文。设施方面特别注重基础设施的需求;植物方面对垂直、覆盖空间需求较高;滨水方面对游线的便捷流畅度、水体清洁度需求度较高,偏好多样的亲水游憩设施;人文方面注重场地的科普解说以及古建筑等。不同人群的年龄、学历、到访目的对于植物和滨水的游憩环境需求存在差异。基于游憩需求提出“加强植物环境与水体景观的结合、优化滨水环境的视觉效果与亲水体验、注重人文环境的营造与展现、提升设施环境的功能性和景观性配置”的优化建议。 In the post-epidemic era,people's demand for outdoor recreation has significantly increased,especially the demand for waterfront recreation has shown a particular preference.Therefore,fully meet the needs of the public waterfront recreation for China's waterfront landscape planning and construction and improvement has a very important role.Kano model was used to investigate the demand type of Nanjing Lakeside Park,and the importance of each demand was obtained by sensitivity calculation.The results showed that the first order of the four types of tourist needs was:Facilities>Plants>Waterfront>Humanities.With special emphasis on infrastructure needs.On the waterfront,there is a high demand for the convenience,smoothness and cleanliness of the water body,and a preference for various water-friendly recreational facilities.Different people's age,educational background and purpose of visit have different demands on the recreational environment of plants and waterfront.Based on the recreational demand,in this paper,the optimization suggestions of“strengthening the combination of the plant environment and the water body landscape,optimizing the visual effect and the hydrophilic experience of the waterfront environment,paying attention to the construction and display of the humanistic environment,improving the functional and landscape disposition of the facility environment”were put forward.
