皖江城市带数字经济产业协同发展水平评价及障碍因子诊断 被引量:1

Evaluation of the Coordinated Development Level of Digital Economy Industry and the Diagnosis of Obstacle Factors in Wanjiang City Belt

摘要 数字经济以数字技术和数据要素为核心,是我国增强实体经济新动能、建设现代化产业体系的关键之举。文章依据数字经济的核心要义,从数字基础设施、产业数字化和数字产业化3个维度构建皖江城市带数字经济产业协同发展评价指标体系,采用熵值法和耦合协调度模型测度皖江城市带数字经济产业协同发展水平,结合Kernel密度函数刻画其动态演化规律,进一步引入障碍度模型识别阻碍皖江城市带数字经济产业协同发展的主要因素。结果表明:2011—2021年,皖江城市带数字经济产业协同发展水平逐年提升,受制于产业数字化的滞后发展,数字产业化与产业数字化协同发展水平较低。此外,皖江城市带数字经济产业协同发展的空间动态演进特征差异较大,极化现象明显,梯度特征显著。障碍度分析显示数字产业化是制约皖江城市带数字经济产业协同发展的主要因素。基于此,提出推进皖江城市带数字经济产业协同布局、加速城市带传统产业数字化转型、优化皖江城市群竞合关系、促进皖江城市带新型数字经济产业发展的政策建议。 Digital economy,with digital technology and data elements as the core,is the key to enhancing the new driving force of the real economy and building a modern industrial system in China.Based on core principles of the digital economy,from three dimensions of digital infrastructure,industrial digitization and digital industrialization,this paper constructed an evaluation index system for the coordinated development of digital economy industry in Wanjiang City Belt,and used entropy method and Coupling Coordination Degree Model to measure the coordinated development level of digital economy industry in Wanjiang City Belt.It also used the Kernel Density Estimation method to describe its dynamic evolution law.Furthermore,it introduced the Obstacle Degree Model to identify the main factors hindering the coordinated development of digital economy industry in Wanjiang City Belt.The results show that from 2011 to 2021,the coordinated development level of digital economy industry in Wanjiang City Belt is increasing year by year,but subjected to the lagging development of industrial digitization,the level of coordinated development of digital industrialization and industrial digitization is low.In addition,characteristics of spatial dynamic evolution of the coordinated development of digital economy industry in Wanjiang City Belt are quite different,presenting an obvious polarization and notable gradient features.The analysis of obstacle degree shows that digital industrialization is the main factor restricting the coordinated development.Based on this,this paper puts forward some policy suggestions to Wanjiang City Belt:to promote the layout of coordinated digital economy industry,accelerate the digital transformation of traditional industries,optimize the competition and cooperation relationship of Wanjiang City Group,and promote the development of new digital economy industry.
