摘要
本项目结构上采用增设抗震墙的间接加固方式,将结构体系由框架结构提升改造为框-剪结构,提高了结构的抗震性能,使得加固位置少,加固量小,同时采用BIM技术全过程设计支持改造加固项目,通过BIM精细化建模,模拟施工,及时指导、调整设计。从设计系统上实现建筑改造、加固、装修、设备设计一体化,从而提升项目设计品质。
This project adopts the indirect reinforcement method of adding seismic walls on the structure,upgrading the structural system from a frame structure to a frame shear structure,improving the seismic performance of the structure,reducing the number of reinforcement positions and the amount of reinforcement.At the same time,BIM technology is used to support the entire process design of the renovation and reinforcement project.Through fine modeling and simulation of construction,BIM technology is used to guide and adjust the design in a timely manner.It realizes the integration of building renovation,reinforcement,decoration,and equipment design from the design system,thereby improving the quality of project design.
