机械智能辅助带电作业关键技术与作业机器人设计

摘要 基于输电线路带电作业机器人技术要求,通过对架空输电线路带电作业进行调研,结合机器人自动化作业特点,研制具备小型化、轻量化等特点的架空输电线路带电作业平台,无需人工携带设备上塔,可在工作点下方自主上下线开展作业。通过定制多种作业末端工具,完成导线修补、异物清除、防振锤更换、悬垂线夹引流板螺栓紧固等多种带电作业,可满足大多数输电线路常规带电工作要求。实验及实际应用证明所研制的输电线路带电作业机器人能够增强线路带电作业的安全性和智能化,消除危害电网运行的安全隐患,提高电网应对突发事故等能力,且其体积、重量大幅降低。 Based on the technical requirements of live line operation robots for the transmission lines,this paper conducts research on live line operation on the overhead transmission lines,and combines the characteristics of robot automation operation to develop a live line operation platform with characteristics of miniaturization and lightweight for the overhead transmission lines.The platform does not require manual labor to carry equipment to the tower and can independently go up and down the line to carry out operations below the working point.By customizing various operation terminals,the platform can complete various live working tasks such as wire repair,foreign object removal,replacement of shock absorbers,and fastening of suspension clamp drainage plate bolts,meeting the requirements of most transmission lines for conventional live working.The experiment and on-site application proves the developed live working robot for transmission lines significantly reduces the weight of the intelligent assisted line maintenance robot,effectively improves the automation and intelligence level of live working on the overhead transmission lines,eliminates safety hazards that endanger the operation of the power grid,and improves the ability of the power grid to respond to sudden accidents.
