摘要
导师制是高校培养青年教师的一种常见方式,即通过为青年教师配备师德高尚、经验丰富的骨干教师进行“传帮带”,围绕青年教师的职业生涯规划和发展所需要素提供指引和帮扶,助力青年教师快速融入事业,成长成才。不过,在导师制的实施过程中,由于缺乏整体的规划和设计,加之项目执行过程中第三方难以及时跟踪,以及培养效果难以评估等原因,使得导师制很难实现最终目标。鉴于此,结合某985高校开展导师制相关工作的具体情况,按照不同目标进行分级评估,总结存在的问题和困难,提出相关的提升措施。
Tutorial system is a common way to cultivate young teachers in many colleges and universities,that is,to provide guidance and support around the needed elements for career planning and development by equipping young teachers with backbone teachers who are noble and experienced,so as to help young teachers quickly integrate into the cause and grow into talents.However,it is difficult to achieve the ultimate goal in the implementation process of the tutorial system,due to the lack of overall planning and design,the difficulty of timely tracking by the third parties during the implementation process of the project,and the difficulty of evaluating the cultivation effect.This paper is combined with the specific situation of the tutorial system in a 985 university,carries out the grading evaluation according to different objectives,summarizes the existing problems and difficulties,and puts forward relevant improvement measures.
