摘要
党的二十大提出加快建设高质量教育体系,为我国教育事业发展明确了目标,为推动实现中国式教育现代化指明了方向。学前教育高质量发展是指学前系统的内生发展,能够为学前教育事业实现特色鲜明、内涵丰富的跨越式发展奠定基础。然而在低生育率背景下,我国学前教育高质量发展却面临着资源配置难度提高、师资素养基准提高、幼儿园运营阻力提高等挑战。因此,相关部门需要通过资源配置、专项培训、改善运营等应对策略,促进学前教育高质量发展,缓解我国所面临的低生育率困境。
The 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposed to accelerate the construction of a high-quality education system,which clarified the goals for the development of China’s education and pointed out the direction for promoting the modernization of Chinese-style education.The high-quality development of preschool education refers to the endogenous development of preschool system,which can lay the foundation for the leap-forward development of preschool education with distinctive characteristics and rich connotation.In the context of low fertility rate,the high-quality development of preschool education is facing challenges such as the difficulty of resource allocation,the improvement of teachers’quality standards,and the improvement of kindergarten operation resistance in China.Therefore,relevant departments need to promote the high-quality development of preschool education and alleviate the dilemma of low fertility faced in China through countermeasures such as resource allocation,specialized training and improved operation.
