小浪底水库对接时机与对接水位的库区调控效应

摘要 如何运用水库群联合调度发挥最大的排沙效益是水沙调控的关键技术难题。选择2023年汛前黄河调水调沙时期三门峡水库和小浪底水库联合调度运用为对象,分析两库不同对接时机与对接水位的小浪底水库进出库水沙过程,量化两库间不同对接时机与对接水位的水沙调控效应。三门峡水库自身蓄水量较小、调水能力有限,通过改变三门峡泄流出库时机,产生的小浪底库区冲刷效果差异较大。随着对接水位的降低,库区冲刷量逐渐增加。随着三门峡水库相对起泄时间的推迟,库区冲刷量呈现先增加后减少的趋势。 How to utilize the joint operation of reservoir groups to maximize sediment discharge efficiency is a key technical challenge in water and sediment regulation.This paper selected the joint operation of Sanmenxia and Xiaolangdi reservoirs in the period of water and sediment regulation in 2023 as the object,analyzed the water and sediment processes of the two reservoirs under different matching opportunities and matching water levels,and quantified the water and sediment regulation effect under different matching opportunities and matching water lev⁃els between the two reservoirs.Although the Sanmenxia Reservoir has a smaller water storage capacity and limited water transfer capacity,by changing the discharge time of the reservoir,the scouring effect of Xiaolangdi Reservoir is quite different.As the matching water level decrea⁃ses,the amount of erosion in the reservoir area gradually increases.With the delay of the relative discharge time of Sanmenxia Reservoir,the erosion amount in the reservoir area shows a trend of first increasing and then decreasing.
