AAR与锈蚀对钢筋-混凝土黏结性能的耦合劣化试验研究

摘要 为研究碱骨料反应(Alkali-Aggregate Reaction,AAR)和锈蚀对钢筋-混凝土黏结性能影响的损伤机理,试验制备了一系列不同钢筋直径的混凝土拉拔试件,通过测量混凝土的膨胀量、钢筋锈蚀质量损失以及相应的拉拔试验,评估不同程度损伤对黏结性能的影响。得到了耦合损伤下碱骨料膨胀和钢筋锈蚀对黏结性能影响的量化结果,并阐明了黏结性能的劣化规律。结果表明:短期耦合损伤下,AAR凝胶和锈蚀产物填充混凝土孔隙以提高黏结强度;随着损伤程度加剧,反应产物膨胀应力释放,黏结强度开始下降。长期耦合损伤作用会严重劣化混凝土性能,造成混凝土黏结性能严重劣化。研究结果可为钢筋混凝土工程设计与维护提供参考。 In order to study the damage mechanism of Alkali-Aggregate Reaction(AAR)and corrosion on the steel-concrete bond performance,a series of concrete pullout specimens with different bar diameters were prepared,the expansion of concrete and the mass loss of corroded steel bars were measured,and the corresponding pullout tests were conducted,to assess the effect of different degrees of damage on the bond performance.Quantitative results of alkali aggregate expansion and reinforcement corrosion effects on the bond properties under coupled damage were obtained,and the deterioration pattern of bond properties was elucidated.The results showed that under short-term coupling damage,the AAR gel and corrosion products filled the concrete pores to improve the bond strength;with the increase of the degree of damage,the expansion stress of reaction products were released,and the bond strength began to decline;the long-term coupled damage seriously deteriorated the performance of the concrete,resulting in a serious deterioration of the concrete bond performance.The research results can provide a reference for the design and maintenance of reinforced concrete engineering.
