摘要
以红花荷种子为试验材料,研究不同播种方式(组培、容器播种、露地)、不同营养元素、不同光照(黑暗处理、2000 lx、3000 lx、4500 lx)和不同温度(室温、15℃、25℃)以及不同季节环境等处理对红花荷种子萌发的影响。结果表明,红花荷种子在组培处理下萌发率最高,达67%,显著高于以蛭石为无土基质的容器播种和露地播种;采用组培方式播种时,在全营养处理下红花荷种子萌发率最高,达88%,幼苗长势显著优于对照组;光照为3000 lx时,种子发芽率为82.67%,显著高于黑暗处理;培养温度为25℃,发芽率为67.33%,显著高于15℃和室温(7~14℃);无土基质容器播种条件下,8月播种的红花荷种子发芽率达40%,显著高于1月;种子萌发后浇灌营养液的幼苗长势优于对照组。研究表明,适宜红花荷种子萌发及幼苗生长的方法为:在无土栽培条件下(组培或蛭石栽培)进行红花荷种子萌发,环境温度为25℃左右,光照强度为3000 lx,光周期为12 h/d,待幼苗长出真叶时,适当遮阴并保湿,提供矿质营养成分以供幼苗健康生长。
Seeds of Rhodoleia championii were used as experimental materials to study the effects of different sowing methods(tissue culture,container seeding,open field),different nutrient elements,different light(darkness,2000 lx,3000 lx,4500 lx)and different temperature(room temperature,15℃,25℃)on the germination of R.championii seeds.The results showed that the germination rate of R.championii seeds was the highest under tissue culture condition,reaching 67%,which was significantly higher than that of container sowing and open field sowing with vermiculite as soilless substrate.Under tissue culture condition with total nutrition,the germination rate of R.championii seeds was the highest of 88%.With the illumination of 3000 lx,the germination rate of R.championii seeds was 82.67%,which was significantly higher than that of dark treatment.At 25℃,the germination rate was 67.33%,which was significantly higher than that at 15℃and room temperature(7-14℃).Under container sowing with soilless substrate conditions,the seed germination rate of R.championii sown in August reaching 40%,was significantly higher than that in January.The growth of seedlings irrigated with nutrient solution was better than that of the ck.Study showed that it was better to conduct seed germination and seedling growth of R.championii under soilless cultivation conditions(tissue culture or vermiculite cultivation),with the ambient temperature about 25℃,the light intensity 3000 lx,and the photoperiod 12 hours per day.When the seedlings produce true leaves,they should be appropriately shaded,maintained humidity,and provided mineral nutrients for the healthy growth of seedlings.
