数智环境下社交媒体用户算法素养评价指标体系构建研究 被引量:3

Research on the Construction of the Evaluation Index System of Social Media Users’Algorithmic Literacy in the Digital Intelligence Environment

摘要 [目的/意义]构建社交媒体用户算法素养评价指标体系,科学地测量社交媒体的算法素养,发现社交媒体用户算法素养存在的问题,进而展开有针对性的算法素养教育。[方法/过程]采用文献研究法、专家调查法以及层次分析法,根据国内外相关研究成果,从算法意识与态度、算法知识、算法技能、算法规范4个维度构建社交媒体用户算法素养评价指标体系,并对算法素养评价指标权重进行分析,为提升社交媒体用户算法素养提出有针对性的建议和策略。[结果/结论]通过对社交媒体用户算法素养评价指标体系分析,未来可以从三个方面提升社交媒体用户的算法素养:将算法素养纳入通识教育体系;以风险教育为切入点加强算法风险知识与算法风险控制能力的培养;丰富算法素养教育与培训的形式。 [Purpose/significance]To construct an evaluation index system of social media users’algorithmic literacy,scientifically measure the algorithmic literacy of social media users,find the problems existing in the algorithmic literacy of social media users,and then carry out targeted algorithmic literacy education.[Method/process]Literature research,expert survey and analytic hierarchy process were used to construct an evaluation index system of social media users’algorithm literacy from four dimensions:algorithmic awareness and attitude,algorithmic knowledge,algorithmic skills,and algorithmic norms,according to relevant research results at home and abroad.Based on the weight analysis of algorithm literacy evaluation index,the paper puts forward some suggestions and strategies to improve the algorithm literacy of social media users.[Result/conclusion]By analyzing the evaluation index system of algorithm literacy of social media users,the algorithm literacy of social media users can be improved from three aspects in the future:Integrating algorithm literacy into general education system;take risk education as the starting point to strengthen the training of algorithm risk knowledge and algorithm risk control ability;enrich the form of algorithm literacy education and training.
