妊娠期糖尿病合并甲状腺功能减退孕妇脂代谢、凝血功能指标的变化分析 被引量：1

摘要 目的探讨妊娠期糖尿病合并甲状功能减退孕妇凝血功能、脂代谢指标变化情况。方法将103例妊娠期糖尿病合并甲状腺功能减退孕妇依照TSH、FT4水平分为妊娠期糖尿病并发亚临床甲减组(A组,n=57)和妊娠期糖尿病并发甲减组(B组,n=46)。同期另选取55例妊娠期糖尿病孕妇作为对照组。观察分析三组的凝血指标、脂代谢情况。结果A组、B组的APTT、FIB指标高于对照组,ATⅢ指标低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。A组、B组的TC、TG指标评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论妊娠期糖尿病合并甲状腺功能减退孕妇多伴凝血功能紊乱、脂代谢紊乱情况,易使产后出血发生率提高,应加强对产妇各指标情况的观察,并及早进行干预处理,使妊娠不良结局减少。
