摘要
目的观察中医情志疗法联合脏腑图推拿对气郁化火型小儿抽动症的干预效果。方法60例患者均来自2021年1月—2022年3月江西中医药大学附属医院,随机按1∶1分为试验组、对照组,各30例。试验组在常规心理行为干预基础上采用中医情志疗法联合脏腑图推拿治疗,对照组选用西药氟哌啶醇配合常规心理行为干预。2组的治疗周期均为4周,观察治疗前后的证候及疗效情况。结果治疗后,2组中医证候积分、耶鲁综合抽动严重程度量表(YGTSS)评分均较治疗前均有明显改善(P<0.05)。2组间YGTSS评分差异无统计学意义;试验组中医证候积分疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在常规心理行为干预基础上采用中医情志疗法及脏腑图推拿,对气郁化火型抽动症有明显的改善效果。
Objective To observe the effect of traditional Chinese medicine emotional therapy combined with visceral figure massage on Tourette's syndrome in children of qi depression transforming into fire type.Methods All the 60 patients were from Affiliated Hospital of Jiangxi University of Chinese Medicine from January 2021 to March 2022,and were randomly divided into experimental group and control group according to 1∶1,with 30 cases in each group.The experimental group was treated with traditional Chinese emotional therapy combined with visceral massage on the basis of routine psychological and behavioral intervention,while the control group was treated with Western medicine haloperidol combined with routine psychological and behavioral intervention.The treatment period of 2 groups was 4 weeks,and the syndrome and curative effect before and after treatment were observed.Results After treatment,TCM syndrome scores and Yale Comprehensive Tic Severity Scale(YGTSS)scores in 2 groups were significantly improved compared with those before treatment(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in YGTSS scores between the two groups.The integrative effect of TCM syndrome in experimental group was better than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion On the basis of routine psychological and behavioral intervention,traditional Chinese medicine emotional therapy and visceral figure massage can significantly improve Tourette's syndrome in children of qi depression transforming into fire type.
