兴隆水利枢纽下游横向围堰缺口应急封堵工程施工技术研究

摘要 汉江兴隆水利枢纽下游横向围堰受多种因素影响,出现了164m长的缺口段,严重影响工程的安全运行,急需对防渗墙缺口段采取封堵的措施。文章以下横围堰防渗墙缺口段应急封堵施工为实例,对设计技术参数、水上抛填施工流程、抛填施工工艺以及工程的特点、重点、难点、应对措施等进行了分析。实践证明,应急封堵施工方案可行,效果明显,达到了预期的目标任务,对同类型水利工程施工具有一定的借鉴作用。 The downstream transverse weir of the Xinglong Water Conservancy Project on the Hanjiang River has been affected by multiple factors,resulting in a 164-meter-long gap segment that significantly impacts the safe operation of the project.Urgent measures are needed to seal the gap in the impermeable wall.This paper takes emergency sealing construction of the impermeable wall gap section of the transverse weir as an example and analyzes the design technical parameters,on-water dumping construction process,dumping construction technology,as well as the characteristics,key points,challenges,and response measures of the project.Practical experience has shown that the emergency sealing construction plan is feasible and has achieved the expected objectives.It can serve as a valuable reference for guiding the construction of similar water conservancy projects.
