摘要
新疆大石门水利枢纽作为新疆车尔臣河重要山区控制性工程,对保障流域灌区防洪安全具有重要的作用。文章在对车尔臣河洪水特点、防洪保护对象及防洪标准、河道安全泄量、防洪总体布局分析的基础上,制定了基于“入库流量+水库水位”双重判别的大石门水利枢纽工程防洪调度运行方案,对水库充分发挥防洪功能、指导水库实际防洪调度提供理论参考。
Dashi Men Water Conservancy Hub,as a crucial control project in the mountainous region of the Cherchen River in Xinjiang,plays a significant role in ensuring flood safety for the basin’s irrigated areas.This paper,based on an analysis of the flood characteristics of the Cherchen River,flood protection objectives and standards,river safety discharge,and overall flood control layout,formulates a flood dispatch operation plan for Dashimen Water Conservancy Hub project based on a dual criteria of“inflow volume+reservoir water level”.This plan aims to fully utilize the flood control capabilities of the reservoir and provide theoretical guidance for the actual flood dispatch operation of the reservoir.
