双碳背景下老旧小区绿色低碳更新设计策略——以广州市名苑倚泉轩老旧小区绿色低碳更新为例

摘要 近年来,随着我国城镇化高质量发展,国家大力倡导绿色低碳发展战略,积极推进碳中和目标的实现,我国老旧小区,特别是2000年前的老旧小区,在进行改造过程中往往需要消耗较多的资源和成本,如果不考虑绿色低碳技术,在老旧小区后期运行过程中仍将面临减碳压力。2022年住房和城乡建设部、国家发改委发布《城乡建设领域碳达峰实施方案》明确提出要控制碳排放增长,开展绿色低碳社区建设,将绿色发展理念贯穿社区规划建设管理全过程,探索零碳社区建设。广州市南沙区以绿色城区创建和老旧小区改造为契机,积极探索在老旧小区改造过程中绿色低碳改造策略。 With the high-quality development of urbanization in recent years,China has vigorously advocated the green and low-carbon development strategy so as to actively promote the achievement of carbon neutrality goals.Old residential areas in China,especially those before 2000,often require a lot of resources and costs to be consumed during the renovation process.If green and low-carbon technologies are not considered,these old residential areas will still face carbon reduction pressure in the later operation process.In 2022,the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development and the National Development and Reform Commission jointly issued the“Implementation Plan for Carbon Peaking in Urban and Rural Construction”,which clearly proposes to control the growth of carbon emissions,carry out the construction of green and low-carbon communities,integrate the concept of green development into the entire process of community planning,construction and management,and explore the construction of zero carbon communities.Nansha District,Guangzhou City takes the opportunity of creating a green urban area and renovating old residential areas to actively explore green and low-carbon transformation strategies in the process of renovating old residential areas.
