摘要
为研究多孔Cu O对B/Cu O药线燃烧性能的影响,选用多孔、立方和针状Cu O分别与无定型硼进行微观复合,借助微笔直写技术制得相应配方的药线。使用流变仪对油墨的动态粘度进行测试,通过高速摄影技术测试药线的线性燃速,并采用扫描电镜、X射线衍射装置对固体反应物、产物进行测试。结果表明:借助微笔直写技术制得的B/Cu O药线中各组分分布均匀、燃烧性能稳定;多孔Cu O的加入最高可将B/Cu O药线的燃烧速度提升300%,氧化物形貌的改变并不会改变B/Cu O的反应进程,多孔Cu O的加入提高了药线反应过程中的热对流,从而提升了药线的燃烧性能。
In order to study the effect of multihole CuO on the combustion performance of B/CuO sticks,multihole,cubic and acicular copper oxide were microscopically compounded with amorphous boron,and the corresponding formulation sticks were prepared with the help of micro-writing technology.The dynamic viscosity of the ink was tested by rheometer,the linear burning rate of the sticks was measured by high speed photography,and the solid reactants and products were tested by scanning electron microscope and X-ray diffraction device.The results show that the components in the sticks prepared by micro-writing technology are uniformly distributed and the combustion performance is stable.The addition of multihole CuO can increase the burning rate of B/CuO sticks by up to 300%.The change of oxide morphology does not change the reaction process of B/CuO,and the addition of multihole CuO increases the thermal convection in the process of stick reaction,thus improving the combustion performance of the sticks.
