摘要
针对纯电动物流汽车的整车控制器策略开发,基于MATLAB/Simulink快速原型开发方法,通过分析整车功能需求并结合车辆参数,对整车高压上下电、充电上下电建模后进行软硬件在环测试,排除逻辑错误和软硬件不一致行为后进行实车试验,确保行车和充电模式能正常进入和退出,其次利用制动强度和车速的关系曲线设置能量回收电机扭矩制定能量回收控制策略。结果表明文章设计的控制策略能满足整车的功能需求,运行过程稳定可靠,开发方法满足当前纯电动物流车行业开发需求。
Development of vehicle controller strategy for pure electric logistics vehicles,based on MATLAB/Simulink rapid prototyping development method,by analyzing the functional requirements of the vehicle and combining them with vehicle parameters,the high-voltage charging and discharging of the vehicle are modeled,and then software in the loop and hardware in the loop tests are conducted.After eliminating logical errors and inconsistent behaviors between software and hardware,actual vehicle tests are conducted,Ensure that the driving and charging modes can enter and exit normally;Secondly,use the relationship curve between braking intensity and vehicle speed to set the torque of the energy recovery motor and formulate an energy recovery control strategy.The results show that the control strategy designed in this article can meet the functional requirements of the entire vehicle,the operation process is stable and reliable,and the development method meets the current development needs of the pure electric vehicle industry.
