有底柱分段崩落法转充填采矿法在胡家峪铜矿的应用

摘要 胡家峪铜矿的采矿方法主要为有底柱分段崩落法。从成本、技术、经济等角度来说,分段空场嗣后充填采矿法相较于当前的有底柱分段崩落法,具有采切比低、贫化损失指标控制较好、安全性有保证、地压控制简单等优点;相较于上向水平分层充填采矿法,具有采场生产能力强、充填工艺简单、安全等特点。通过对两种充填法进行对比,选出适合于胡家峪铜矿的充填采矿方法,为胡家峪铜矿的绿色、高效开采提供依据。 The mining method of Hujiayu Copper Mine is mainly the sublevel caving method with bottom pillar.From the perspective of cost,technology,economy and other aspects,the segmented empty field subsequent filling mining method,compared with the sublevel caving method with bottom pillar,has the advantages of low mining and cutting ratio,good control of depleted loss indicators,guaranteed safety,and simple ground pressure control.Compared with the upward horizontal layered filling mining method,it has the characteristics of large mine production capacity,simple filling process and safety.This paper selected the filling mining method suitable for Hujiayu Copper Mine by comparing the two filling methods,which provides a basis for the green and efficient mining technology of Hujiayu Copper Mine.
