摘要
目的 观察电针联合空气灌肠复位治疗小儿肠套叠的临床疗效。方法 选择2020年10月至2022年10月榆林市中医医院收治的60例小儿肠套叠患者作为研究对象,根据随机数表法将患儿分为对照组和研究组,每组30例。对照组患儿接受单纯空气灌肠复位治疗,研究组患儿在对照组基础上联合电针治疗。出院时,比较两组患儿的临床疗效、中转手术率、一次整复成功率、总住院时间、并发症发生率及复发率。结果 研究组患儿的治疗总有效率为96.67%,明显高于对照组的76.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患儿的中转手术率、复发率分别为3.33%、6.67%,明显低于对照组的20.00%、26.67%,一次整复成功率为66.67%,明显高于对照组的30.00%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患儿的住院时间为(3.52±1.05) d,明显短于对照组的(5.47±1.37) d,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患儿的并发症发生率为10.00%,明显低于对照组的33.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 电针联合空气灌肠复位治疗小儿肠套叠的临床疗效显著,其不仅能有效提升肠套叠患儿的一次性整复成功率,降低中转手术率及并发症发生率,同时还能缩短住院时间,值得推广应用。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of electroacupuncture combined with air enema in the treatment of intussusception in children.Methods Sixty children with intussusception treated in Yulin Hospital of Tra-ditional Chinese Medicine from October 2020 to October 2022 were selected and divided into a control group and a study group according to random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.Patients in the control group re-ceived air enema reduction,and those in the study group received electroacupuncture combined with air enema reduc-tion.At discharge,the clinical efficacy,conversion rate,success rate of one rectification,length of hospital stay,compli-cation rate,and recurrence rate of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the study group was 96.67%,which was significantly higher than 76.67%of the control group(P<0.05).The conversion rate and recur-rence rate of the study group were 3.33%and 6.67%,which were significantly lower than 20.00%and 26.67%of the control group,and the success rate of one-time rehabilitation was 66.67%,significantly higher than 30.00%of the con-trol group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The length of hospital stay in the study group was(3.52±1.05)d,which was significantly shorter than(5.47±1.37)d in the control group(P<0.05).The complication rate of the study group was 10.00%,which was significantly lower than 33.33%of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Elec-troacupuncture combined with air enema reduction in the treatment of intussusception in children has a significant clini-cal effect,which can not only effectively improve the success rate of one-time rehabilitation of intussusception in chil-dren,reduce the conversion rate and the incidence of complications,but also shorten the length of hospital stay,which is worthy of popularization and application.
