摘要
目的观察电针曲池、手三里对卒中后手功能障碍的影响。方法将60例卒中后手功能障碍患者随机分为电针组和常规组,每组30例。常规组采用常规针灸操作,电针组在常规组的基础上采用电针曲池、手三里穴治疗。分别观察2组患者治疗前后改良Barthel指数评分、Brunnstrom分级上肢部分及Fugl-Meyer评定量表上肢部分评分。结果2组治疗后改良Barthel指数评分和治疗前比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),且电针组优于常规组(P<0.01)。2组治疗前后比较,Brunnstrom分级上肢部分差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01),且电针组优于常规组(P<0.01)。2组治疗后Fugl-Meyer评定量表上肢部分评分比较,电针组优于常规组(P<0.05)。结论电针曲池、手三里能有效改善卒中后手功能障碍患者临床症状,提高其生活能力。
Objective To observe the effect of electro-acupuncture at Quchi(LI11)and Shousanli(LI10)on post-stroke hand dysfunc⁃tion.Methods 60 patients with post-stroke hand dysfunction were randomly divided into an electro-acupuncture group and a routine group,with 30 cases in each group.The routine group was treated with routine acupuncture,and the electro-acupuncture group was treated with electro-acupuncture at Quchi(LI11)and Shousanli(LI10)on the basis of the routine group.The modified Barthel index score,Brunnstrom classification upper limbs score and Fugl-Meyer rating scale upper limbs score of the two groups were observed be⁃fore and after treatment.Results The modified Barthel index score between the two groups was statistically significant different before and after treatment(P<0.01),and the score of the electro-acupuncture group was better than that of the routine group(P<0.01).The Brunnstrom classification upper limbs score between the two groups was statistically significant different before and after treatment(P<0.01),and the score of the electro-acupuncture group was better than that of the routine group(P<0.01).After treatment,the Fugl-Meyer upper limbs score of the electro-acupuncture group was better than that of the routine group(P<0.05).Conclusion Electro-acupuncture at(LI11)and Shousanli(LI10)can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients with post-stroke hand dysfunc⁃tion and improve their living ability.
