摘要
突发公共卫生事件给全球卫生治理体系带来了挑战,如何应对突发公共卫生事件成为国内外关注的焦点。该研究总结突发重大公共卫生事件下的医院大规模医疗队组织管理相关研究,梳理工作中遇到的问题和采取的组织管理策略,包括物资管理、人员生活管理、大数据技术应用等方面,为提升突发重大公共卫生事件的医院大规模医疗队组织管理水平提供一定理论和信息指导。
Public health emergencies have brought challenges to the global health governance system,and how to deal with public health emergencies has become the focus of attention at home and abroad.This study summarized relevant studies on the organization and management of large-scale medical teams in hospitals under major public health emergencies,sorted out problems encountered in actual work and adopted organizational management strategies,including material management,personnel life management,and the application of big data technology.Then some theoretical and information guidance for improving the organization and management level of large-scale medical teams in hospitals of major public health emergencies were provided.
