摘要
目的 探讨养阴清肺汤联合中药熏蒸治疗干眼症的临床效果。方法 选取中国医科大学附属盛京医院122例干眼症患者随机分为对照组和试验组,各61例。对照组予以玻璃酸钠滴眼液治疗,试验组在对照组基础上予以养阴清肺汤联合中药熏蒸治疗,均连续治疗4周。比较2组临床疗效、泪膜破裂时间(BUT)和泪液分泌量、中医症状积分及视觉相关生命质量。结果 治疗后,试验组总有效率为90.16%(55/61),高于对照组的72.13%(44/61)(P<0.05);试验组泪液分泌量、BUT高于对照组(P<0.05);试验组眼疲劳感、干涩感、异物感及烧灼感等中医症状积分低于对照组(P<0.05);试验组一般健康状况、活动障碍及视力障碍评分高于对照组(P<0.05);2组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 养阴清肺汤联合中药熏蒸治疗干眼症的临床效果显著,能明显促进泪液分泌,提高泪膜稳定性。
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Yangyin Qingfei decoction combined with Chinese medicine fumigation in the treatment of xerophthalmia.Methods A total of 122 patients with xerophthalmia in Shengjing Hospital of China Medical University were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,with 61 cases in each group.The control group was treated with so-dium hyaluronate eye drops,and the experimental group was treated with Yangyin Qingfei decoction combined with Chinese medicine fumigation on the basis of the control group,and all were treated continuously for 4 weeks.The clinical efficacy,tear film rupture time(BUT),tear secretion volume,TCM symptom score and visitation-related quality of life were compared between the two groups.Re-sults After treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 90.16%(55/61),which was higher than that of control group(72.13%,44/61)(P<0.05).The levels of tear secretion volume and BUT in experimental group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).The scores of TCM symptoms such as eye fatigue,dryness,foreign body sensation and burning sensation in experimental group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).The scores of general health status,activity impairment and visual impairment in experimental group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Yangyin Qingfei decoction combined with Chinese medicine fumigation is ef-fective in the treatment of xerophthalmia,can significantly promote tear secretion,and improve the stability of tear film.
