摘要
目的分析氯沙坦钾与贝前列素钠联合治疗早期糖尿病肾病(DN)患者的效果。方法102例早期DN患者,使用随机数字表法分为对照组(51例)与研究组(51例)。对照组使用氯沙坦钾治疗,研究组在对照组基础上应用贝前列素钠治疗。比较两组患者的疗效、肾功能指标[血肌酐(SCr)、尿素氮(BUN)与血尿酸(BUA)]以及不良反应发生情况。结果研究组患者的治疗总有效率96.08%较对照组的80.39%高(χ^(2)=6.044,P=0.014<0.05)。治疗前,两组SCr、BUN、BUA水平对比,结果无差异性(P>0.05);治疗12周后,研究组SCr(105.65±24.47)μmol/L、BUN(7.28±1.52)mmol/L、BUA(448.27±29.60)μmol/L均较对照组的(141.70±26.68)μmol/L、(8.70±1.98)mmol/L、(486.19±30.57)μmol/L低(t=7.111、4.063、6.364,P=0.000、0.000、0.000<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,结果无差异性(χ^(2)=0.543,P=0.461>0.05)。结论氯沙坦钾与贝前列素钠联合治疗早期DN效果确切,能够有效改善患者的肾功能,安全性较为理想,适于临床应用。
Objective To analyze the effect of losartan potassium combined with beraprost sodium in patients with early diabetes nephropathy(DN).Methods 102 patients with early DN were divided into a control group(51 cases)and a study group(51 cases)using a random numerical table.The control group was treated with losartan potassium,while the study group was treated with beraprost sodium on the basis of the control group.The curative effect,renal function indexes[serum creatinine(SCr),blood urea nitrogen(BUN)and blood uric acid(BUA)]and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment of 96.08%in the study group was higher than that of 80.39%in the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no difference in SCr,BUN and BUA levels between the two groups(P>0.05).After 12 weeks of treatment,SCr of(105.65±24.47)μmol/L,BUN of(7.28±1.52)mmol/L,BUA of(448.27±29.60)μmol/L in the study group were lower than those of(141.70±26.68)μmol/L,(8.70±1.98)mmol/L,(486.19±30.57)μmol/L in the control group(t=7.111,4.063,6.364;P=0.000,0.000<0.05).There was no difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Losartan potassium combined with beraprost sodium is effective in the treatment of early DN,and can effectively improve the renal function of patients.It is safe and suitable for clinical application.
