摘要
目的:观察剖宫产后应用大黄芒硝外敷与雷火灸对切口愈合、切口疼痛的影响。方法:68例按抛掷硬币法分为两组,两组在剖宫产后均用常规治疗,联合组加用大黄芒硝外敷与雷火灸联合治疗。结果:切口愈合优良率联合组高于对照组(P<0.05)。联合组产后12h、24h、48h VAS评分低于对照组而切口痊愈时间、产后住院时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后两组CRP、WBC低于治疗前,且联合组低于对照组(P<0.05)。切口红肿、渗液、硬结等不良反应发生率联合组与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:剖宫产后应用大黄芒硝外敷与雷火灸促进提高切口愈合效果。
Objective:To observe the effect of external application of rhubarb mirabilite and thunder fire moxibustion on incision healing and incision pain after cesarean section.Methods:Sixty-eight cases were divided into two groups according to the coin tossing method.Both groups were treated with routine treatment after cesarean section,and the combined group were treated with external application of rhubarb and mirabilite combined with thunder fire moxibustion.Results:The superior rate of incision healing in the combined group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The VAS scores of the combined group at the time point of the 12th h,the 24th h and the 48th h after delivery were lower than those of the control group,while the incision healing time and postpartum hospitalization time were shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,CRP and WBC in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and those in the combined group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions such as incision swelling,exudation and induration between the combined group and the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion:External application of rhubarb and mirabilite and thunder-fire moxibustion after cesarean section could improve the effect of incision healing.
