全国疾控系统维生素B_(1)和维生素B_(2)能力验证情况分析

Analysis on vitamin B_(1)and vitamin B_(2)proficiency testing assessment in China disease control and prevention system

摘要 目的通过组织婴幼儿辅食(米粉)中维生素B_(1)和维生素B_(2)含量检测能力验证活动,评价各实验室检测能力和检测水平。方法制备维生素B_(1)、B_(2)样品,采用单因素方差分析法评价样品的均匀性和稳定性;向实验室发放维生素B_(1)、B_(2)质控考核样品;各实验室参照GB 5009.84—2016《食品中维生素B_(1)的测定》第一法高效液相色谱法、GB 5009.85—2016《食品中维生素B_(2)的测定》第一法高效液相色谱法、或采用其他方法进行维生素B_(1)、B_(2)检测;对检测结果进行稳健统计分析,通过Z值评定实验室的检测能力。结果全国疾病预防控制系统有43家实验室完成了本项能力验证,维生素B_(1)总体满意率为88.4%;维生素B_(2)总体满意率为86.0%。结论全国疾病预防控制系统米粉中维生素B_(1)和维生素B_(2)检测能力总体好于预期,少数实验室检测能力有待改进和提高。 OBJECTIVE To evaluate the detection ability of vitamin B_(1)and vitamin B_(2)in rice flour in the laboratories of disease control and prevention system,by conducting the proficiency testing(PT)activity.METHODS Before the vitamin B_(1)and vitamin B_(2)quality control samples were distributed to the laboratories of disease control and prevention system,the uniformity and stability of samples were analyzed by one-way ANOVO respectively.High performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)method was required to determine vitamin B,(GB 5009.84-2016:determination of vitamin B,in food,first method as reference).HPLC method was also required to determine vitamin B,(GB 5009.85—2016:determination of vitamin B,in food,first method as reference).Robust statistics analysis of proficiency testing result was conducted to evaluate laboratory testing ability through Z score.RESULTSA total of 43 laboratories completed the proficiency testing.In all of the laboratories participated in the determination of vitamin B_(1)and vitamin B_(2),the total satisfactory rate of vitamin B,was 88.4%,while vitamin B,was 86.0%.CONCLUSION The ability of vitamin B_(1)and vitamin B_(2)detection in disease control and prevention system in China is better than expected,and the testing ability of a few laboratory needs to be improved.
