摘要 细菌的标准菌株一直以来都是微生物学研究的基石,标准菌株是由菌种保藏机构保藏、分类学地位明确、具有特定生物学性能、遗传学稳定并且可溯源的特殊功能和用途的标准样品,是日常工作及科学研究中的重要参考标准。标准菌株应用广泛、需求巨大。然而,目前国内外尚缺乏标准株统一定义及其筛选和评价技术标准。《病原微生物菌(毒)种国家标准株评价技术标准》(WS/T 812-2022)发布实施后,将为我国标准菌(毒)株研究和应用提供总体参考规范,并为各相关领域筛选、评价和确定标准菌(毒)株的方法提供技术依据。因此,本研究通过对标准菌株相关背景、研究应用现状及存在的问题进行综述,以期为我国标准菌株标准化工作提供参考借鉴。 The standard strains have always been the cornerstone of microbiological research.Standard strains are special standard samples for functions and purposes with clear taxonomy status,specific biological properties,genetic stability and traceability,which are kept by culture collections.They are important reference in daily work and scientific research.Standard strains are widely used and have huge application needs.However,there is a lack of unified definition,screening,and evaluation technical standards for standard strains at home and abroad now.After the implementation of the“WS/T 812–2022 Technical Requirements for Evaluation of National Standard Strains of Pathogenic Microorganisms”,it will provide overall reference standards for the research and application of standard strains in China,and provide technical basis for the screening,evaluation,and determination of standard strains in various related fields.Therefore,this article summarized the background,research advance,application status,and existing problems of standard strains to provide reference for further research and application of standard strains in China.
