摘要
开展发电机组的综合对标管理工作,是深度查找和发掘发电企业同业之间的差距和追赶路径的需要。为了更加真实地反映出机组综合的技术与管理水平,提出了涵盖了燃煤发电机组经济性、可靠性、环保性、碳排放和安全管理5个方面共19个指标的一套全新评价体系,并给出了综合对标过程评分计算方法和煤耗率修正方法。该综合对标方法可以更加真实地反映出燃煤发电机组的实际性能水平,能够用来开展燃煤发电机组的综合对标工作,同时能够为制定其他类型发电机组的综合对标方法提供技术参考。
Conducting comprehensive benchmarking management of power generation units is necessary to deep⁃ly identify and explore the gaps and catch-up paths between power generation enterprises and their peers.In or⁃der to more accurately reflect the comprehensive technical and management level of coal-fired power generation units,a new evaluation system that covers a total of 19 indicators in five aspects is proposed:economic efficien⁃cy,reliability,environmental protection,carbon emissions,and safety management of coal-fired power genera⁃tion units.A comprehensive benchmarking process scoring calculation method and a coal consumption rate cor⁃rection method is also provided.This comprehensive benchmarking method can more accurately reflect the actu⁃al performance level of coal-fired power generation units,and can be used to carry out comprehensive bench⁃marking work for coal-fired power generation units.At the same time,it can provide technical reference for de⁃veloping comprehensive benchmarking methods for other types of power generation units.
